2010 Midwinters East

The 2010 Midwinters East is an ISAF Grade 1 event with sailing on the Gulf off of Clearwater, Florida. This event shaped up to be another premier event with nearly 198 sailors, from 30 countries. The event was hosted by the Clearwater Yacht Club for four days of exciting racing. Emil Cedergardh from Sweden beat out Canadian Lee Parkhill and German Simon Groteluschen in the Laser Standard Fleet. Paige Railey had an excellent series in her home waters to beat Canadian rivals Lisa Ross and Dane Maiken Foght Schutt. Columbian Esteban Echavarria managed to beat out Puero Rican Juanky Perdomo and Ravi Parent in the 4.7 Fleet. SailGroove will feature video reports from the races

2010 Masters' Midwinters East

Monday, 08 February 2010 The 2010 version of Masters' Midweek Madness has kicked off with the Masters' Midwinters East! Today (monday) is the final day of racing for 65 competitors racing out of the US Sailing Center in Jensen Beach, Fl. So far they have seen great breeze!
